Then, the second part of this chapter will entail an extensive discussion on the human subconscious mind, its structure and function, and how powerful it is in influencing our reality. Here, we will also get into the four major brainwave states which relate to sleep-wake cycles and hypnosis. Furthermore, we are going to look at the importance of a great hypnosis technique called auto-suggestion. In the next part, we will highlight the importance of deep sleep hypnosis for insomnia and sleep disturbances by relating it to brainwaves and how they help to induce hypnotic states in order to induce sleep.
